My latest pieces of art have been inspired by maps, atlases, and charts. “Geographic Abstraction” is a group of large topographical art pieces on canvas that seeks to accurately represent the land and water in question while still serving as interesting and inspired large contemporary wall art. The colors are bold and unique, and the acrylic paint is built up and sculpted to further the idea of the geography of a particular area of land.
